HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

Creative tech for Better Change
Devoteam Luxembourg recherche un.e stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe HR dans le cadre d'un stage de minimum 4 mois et ce dès le mois d'août, afin de soutenir les différentes activités RH / Recrutement suivantes (liste non exhaustive):
- Participation aux sessions d'Onboarding, suivi et organisation avec les différentes parties prenantes les étapes/rencontres d'onboarding pour chaque nouvel arrivant (telles que : check-ins, communications internes sur Yammer, etc.) ;
- Soutien proactif sur la gestion des congés maladie et des vacances (au jour le jour, déclarations, suivi des congés, visites médicales) et suivi des formations AML ;
- Soutien administratif de l'équipe HR (rédaction de certificats et d'attestation, participation à la mise à jour de policies internes, etc.);
- Devenir un point de contact dédié pour les demandes administratives quotidiennes de nos collaborateurs ;
- S'assurer que nos offres d'emploi sont dûment publiées sur les sites de carrières et informer l'ADEM (Agence nationale pour l'emploi) des nouveaux postes vacants ;
- Repérer les talents IT potentiels sur nos différents canaux tels que LinkedIn ;
- Participer à la présélection téléphonique et aux entretiens physiques/Microsoft Teams ;
- Participer et soutenir les projets internes de l'équipe RH - nous sommes ouvert(e)s à toute nouvelle idée
- Apprendre sur le cycle de vie des salariés et le droit du travail luxembourgeois ;
- Partager des lunchs et events funs entre collègues ;
- Etudiant.e en Ressources Humaines (licence ou master), Marketing/Communication, Business ou tout autre domaine connexe, à recherche d'un stage de fin de cursus (convention de stage obligatoire) ;
- Parler couramment l'anglais et le français et disposer d'une parfaite aisance rédactionnelle dans les deux langues ;
- Démontrer un intérêt pour le domaine des ressources humaines et des nouvelles technologies ;
- Etre à l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et les outils collaboratifs M365 (Outlook, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint) ;
- Démontrer une attitude proactive, autonome et créative;
- Fort sens du relationnel & excellentes compétences interpersonnelles : capacité à collaborer avec différentes équipes, apprécier communiquer par téléphone ou en face-to-face ;
- S'épanouir dans le contact avec les collaborateurs, nous pouvons compter sur toi en toute confiance (et discrétion) ;
- Volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles choses ;
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, polyvalence et précision ;
