Your field of responsibility
Join us as an Assistant Vice President in a striving, well-driven team, working in a dynamic and international environment. In this multi-tasking role you will lead and perform the tasks and activities of the PERE Investor Services Team (i.e. maintaining the fund registers, processing various capital events, controlling the respective cash transactions, answering client and investor queries etc.) and participate in a number of projects looking to improve performance across the department.


It is a client facing role and you will be expected to maintain a strong and proactive relationship with our clients - anticipating and meeting their business needs, driving our processes towards effective solutions, and providing the required support throughout the lifecycle of the fund.


Collaboration is key go be successful in the role, so you will need to work closely and effectively with a number of internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced employee who can demonstrate:

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Indepth experience in transfer agency for alternative funds both as manager and as executant
  • Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of computerbased tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Outstanding client relationship skills
  • Natural sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others
  • Very good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Investran knowledge is preferred
