Business Analyst

Cette création de poste a pour but de piloter les données financières suite à la mise en place d'un nouveau logiciel. Vous intégrerez une équipe à taille humaine et vous reporterez directement au CFO.
Missions principales :
- Collecte de données : Recueillir des données provenant de différentes sources internes et externes pour alimenter les analyses et les rapports.
- Nettoyage de données : Assurer la qualité et la précision des données en effectuant des opérations de nettoyage et de validation.
- Missions terrains : Participer à des missions sur le terrain pour comprendre les processus opérationnels, identifier les besoins en données et proposer des améliorations.
- Mise en place des procédures : Développer et implémenter des procédures et des protocoles pour la gestion des données et leur intégration dans les systèmes d'information de l'entreprise.
- Analyses et rapports : Utiliser Power BI et Bob 50 pour créer des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des visualisations qui soutiennent la prise de décision stratégique.
- Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, informatiques et de gestion pour assurer une utilisation optimale des données et des outils analytiques.
- Master en Big Data ou finance.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Analyst, de préférence dans un environnement industriel.
- Bonne connaissance de Power BI et Bob50 un atout.
- Une connaissance en finance serait un atout supplémentaire pour ce poste.
- Maîtrise du français , la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.
- Rigueur et précision dans l’analyse des données.
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Esprit d’initiative et capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes.
- Bonnes compétences en communication pour travailler efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Capacité de synthèse de données.
