Description du poste
Pour soutenir le développement de notre client au Luxembourg, nous recherchons des candidats motivés ayant des compétences entrepreneuriales, une bonne communication et un esprit d'équipe.
· Vous gérerez des dossiers de A à Z et serez en contact direct avec les clients.
· Vous participerez à des dossiers transfrontaliers stimulants.
· Notre client traite une vaste gamme de questions juridiques
· Vous gérerez les fusions et acquisitions, le financement d'entreprises, le capital-investissement, les réorganisations, la structuration de coentreprises et la gouvernance d'entreprise pour des clients nationaux et internationaux.
En tant que candidat idéal, vous :
· Possédez un Master en droit d'une université européenne.
· Avez au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans le département corporate d'un cabinet d'avocats international ou national.
· Possédez de solides compétences techniques, avec une sensibilité et un focus internationaux.
· Êtes capable de gérer des dossiers de manière indépendante tout en encadrant et en guidant des collaborateurs juniors.
· Êtes ambitieux, axé sur les résultats et un véritable joueur d'équipe.
· Avez la capacité de travailler en anglais et en français, l'allemand et le luxembourgeois étant un plus.
