Description
- Aider à la création de sociétés, aux augmentations et réductions de capital, aux apports, à la distribution de dividendes, à l'approbation des comptes annuels, à l'approbation des comptes annuels consolidés, aux Lux GAAP et IFRS, aux fusions, aux scissions, aux apports partiels d'actifs, aux liquidations, aux restructurations et à la gouvernance d'entreprise ;
- Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance et point de contact principal pour les clients, organiser et participer à des réunions et des conférences téléphoniques ;
- Gérer une équipe d'associés et d'assistants, et faciliter le partage des connaissances au sein de l'équipe ;
- Assurer des formations internes et externes et contribuer à des publications juridiques ;
- Participer à des activités de développement commercial.
Profile
- Titulaire d'un Master en droit et d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Avocat/Avocat à la Cour dans les domaines de pratique mentionnés au Luxembourg ;
- Ouvert aux nouvelles technologies ;
- Pragmatique et rigoureux, avec la capacité de prioriser la charge de travail et d'assister les clients dans la prise de décision ;
- Dynamisme, esprit d'équipe et autonomie ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, avec des langues supplémentaires telles que le français et/ou le luxembourgeois et/ou l'allemand considérées comme un atout.
