Le HR business Partner (m/f/x) sera un partenaire stratégique dans le développement et la mise en œuvre des initiatives RH, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les équipes RH pour aligner la stratégie RH avec les objectifs organisationnels.
Ce rôle est essentiel pour favoriser une culture de travail favorable et productive, stimuler l'engagement des employés et soutenir le succès global de l'organisation. La personne nécessite une expertise approfondie en matière de ressources humaines, une capacité démontrée à établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes, ainsi qu'une approche stratégique pour relever les défis organisationnels.
Responsabilités principales :
- Participer à l’élaboration des stratégies RH en collaboration avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines.
- Accompagner les managers dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et le développement de leurs équipes.
- Conseiller et soutenir les managers et les équipes RH dans toutes les questions relatives aux ressources humaines.
- Évaluer et développer les politiques et les procédures RH pour garantir la conformité légale et favoriser un environnement de travail inclusif.
- Identifier les besoins en formation et en développement des salariés, et collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour mettre en place des programmes pertinents.
- Participer activement au processus de définition des besoins en recrutement et à l’attribution de promotions dans le cadre de la mobilité interne
- Veiller au respect de la législation du travail et de la sécurité sociale, ainsi que à l’application des dispositions de la convention collective en application
- Surveiller les tendances du marché du travail et les meilleures pratiques en matière de Ressources Humaines.
- Solutionner des problématiques RH et formuler des recommandations éclairées pour soutenir les décisions opérationnelles.
- Fournir un soutien dans la résolution de conflits et la médiation entre les salariés ou les équipes, tout en veillant à une application équitable et cohérente des politiques et procédures en place.
- Assurer une approche neutre, équitable et cohérente lors de l’attribution de mesures disciplinaires éventuelles en collaboration avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines
- Participer à des projets et à des initiatives transversales visant à améliorer les processus et la culture organisationnelle, ainsi que à l’implémentation dans les secteurs concernés.
Qualifications requises :
- Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine équivalent.
- Justifier de 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement en équipe.
- Connaissance du code du travail et des meilleures pratiques en matière RH.
- Connaissance approfondie des aspects de la sécurité sociale et des taxes.
- Expérience en gestion de projet et compétences en gestion du changement
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à s'adapter à un environnement de travail dynamique.
- Fortes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français. L’anglais, l'allemand et le luxembourgeois seront un avantage considérable.
- Capacité de négociation
- Esprit de synthèse et une forte capacité d’analyse pour prendre des décisions éclairées.

- Poste permanent basé au Luxembourg
- Des déplacements occasionnels peuvent être nécessaires
