Acteur majeur des télécoms et opérateur national du service postal et financier postal, le groupe POST Luxembourg est un pilier incontournable de l'économie luxembourgeoise.
Au sein de POST Technologies, le département « Infrastructures Réseaux » a notamment la charge de la planification, mise en place, documentation et maintenance des réseaux de télécommunications souterrains.
Nous recherchons un profil motivé pour piloter nos initiatives de digitalisation, améliorer nos processus et conduire la transformation de notre organisation vers l'avenir.
Business Analyst – Digitale Transformation (m/f/n)
Vos missions- Coordonner et faciliter la digitalisation des opérations sur le terrain, des flux de travail ou encore de la gestion des activités du département Infrastructures Réseaux
- Evaluer et optimiser les processus de maintenance, de transformation et d’extension des réseaux de télécommunications fixes
- Piloter des projets d'innovation technologique et digitaux, de l'idéation jusqu'à la mise en œuvre, en assurant la coordination entre les différentes équipes et les parties prenantes et en veillant au respect des délais, des budgets et des standards de qualité
- Collaborer avec les équipes IT et les opérations pour intégrer les solutions digitales dans l'écosystème POST Technologies
- Mesurer et analyser l'impact des projets de transformation digitale sur la performance de l'entreprise
- Former et accompagner les équipes internes à l'adoption de nouvelles technologies et aux méthodologies de travail
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les innovations technologiques pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de digitalisation
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme du niveau Master (BAC +5) ou ingénieur diplômé
- Des connaissances dans les domaines Génie Civil et/ou Télécommunications constituent un atout
- Bénéficier idéalement d’une expérience en gestion de projets digitaux et innovatifs
- Comprendre les enjeux de la transformation digitale
- Montrer un fort intérêt pour l'innovation technologique et pour le secteur de la Generative AI
- Avoir de bonnes compétences organisationnelles et être capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Disposer de leadership et d’habileté à travailler en équipe
- Avoir de bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles et une certaine aisance de communication
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SQL et Power BI est considérée comme avantage
- Maîtriser les langues française et anglaise à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Le luxembourgeois et/ou l’allemand constituent un atout
