We're looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to own the full 360° cycle on permanent IT placements, from sourcing rockstar developers and architects to negotiating offers that make both clients and candidates say "yes" on the spot.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle for permanent IT placements: business development, client management, sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Building and nurturing a portfolio of IT clients across Luxembourg's dynamic finance, consulting, and tech ecosystem.
• Headhunting senior tech talent — developers, engineers, architects, project managers, and IT leadership — using cutting-edge sourcing tools and Cyberr's own platform.
• Negotiating offers and contracts, turning shortlists into signed candidates.
• Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, the go-to expert in the Luxembourg IT market.
• Hitting targets and smashing them, with a team that celebrates every win.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency-side preferred), ideally with a permanent placement / 360° background.
• A hunter mentality — you love winning new business as much as you love placing candidates.
• Strong network or solid understanding of the Luxembourg IT / tech market.
• Fluent English; French, German, or Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
• Resilience, drive, and the charisma to build trust fast with clients and candidates alike.
