BMC Helix Application Manager (Medior)
Location: Luxembourg (Onsite – Telework max. 1-2 days/week)
Long-term mission (Extension possible)
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- BMC Helix ITSM
- BMC Digital Workplace (DWP)
- Smart IT
- CMDB
- Service Catalog Management
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes
- Experience with functional administration, customization, and support of BMC Helix environments
- Fluent English and French (professional level)
- Experience working with OpenShift-hosted BMC Helix is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the BMC Helix application landscape
- Customize ITSM modules and implement new Service Requests
- Provide Level 2 support and incident resolution
- Participate in Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Manage configurations, permissions, and service catalog
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation
- Perform regression testing after upgrades and updates
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring
- Ensure documentation of all configurations and developments
- Drive continuous improvement of ITSM processes and services
