We want you to be a part of our team, in Luxembourg (Onsite), as a Business Analyst.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Business Analysis And Requirements

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with SMEs, business users and stakeholders.
  • Prepare business requirements documents, user stories, business rules and testable requirements.
  • Document As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, test cases and delivered functionalities.

Document automation and workflows

  • Support automation of appraisal, monitoring and completion documentation.
  • Analyse document content and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Support validation of automated document workflows.
  • Help improve business processes and functional architecture.

Document management

  • Support document management systems and migration activities.
  • Guide users on document classification and document management practices.
  • Help identify records.
  • Define and document document management rules, processes and standards.
  • Support transition to new document management processes.

Testing and QA

  • Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
  • Prepare test data and expected results.
  • Support functional testing, business testing and UAT.
  • Document defects and follow-up actions.
  • Work with developers, testers and business users.

Process, data and functional modelling

  • Analyse and document complex business processes and data workflows.
  • Use modelling techniques such as BPMN, UML or conceptual data modelling.
  • Support conceptual data model and functional architecture improvements.

Change management and training

  • Prepare training materials, user guidance and documentation.
  • Support user adoption of new workflows and document management practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and continuity of service.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Tools And Methodologies

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong business analysis experience in large organizations, ideally financial institutions.
  • Experience preparing BRDs, user stories, test cases and functional documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of document automation and workflow management.
  • Knowledge of document management systems, especially SharePoint.
  • Experience with document classification, records identification and document migration.
  • Testing experience for IT applications in the financial sector.
  • Knowledge of process/data modelling techniques such as BPMN, UML or conceptual data modelling.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL or BI tools, with SAP Business Objects, IBM Cognos or Lumira.
  • Change management experience, including training and user documentation.

Nice-to-have Experience

  • Previous experience at EIB, EIF or similar EU institutions.
  • Experience with Iris or similar document automation/digitalisation projects.
  • SharePoint-based document management expertise.
  • Document classification and records management.
  • Lending-related document digitalisation and financial workflows.
  • Experience in large financial organisations with more than 500 employees.
