We are thrilled to partner with a renowned Private Bank, which is looking to recruit an experienced KYC Onboarding Officer to support the continued growth of it’s Client Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an AML/KYC professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining the highest regulatory and compliance standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end KYC onboarding process for corporate entities, investment funds, and fund investors.
- Performing customer due diligence (CDD) and reviewing client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with Compliance and other internal stakeholders to facilitate an efficient onboarding process and resolve outstanding KYC matters.
- Conducting periodic reviews and remediation exercises for existing clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Assessing client structures and ensuring they remain compliant with applicable fund and corporate legislation.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all documentation is properly archived within internal systems.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, procedures, and KYC controls.
- Keeping up to date with evolving AML/CFT regulations and internal governance standards.
Your Profile
- Around 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding within the financial services industry.
- A solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations, customer due diligence requirements, and client lifecycle management.
- Experience working with corporate clients, investment funds, or regulated financial institutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex ownership structures and identify potential risks.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages would be considered an advantage.
