You will be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of automation solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

YOUR ROLE
- Design, develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate system
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize VMware Aria / vRealize Automation workflows and
- Participate in the administration and evolution of Windows platforms, including Windows
- Contribute to the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability across virtual and physical infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with network, security, and development teams to integrate automation
- Support industrialization efforts, migrations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Excellent command of Windows Server administration.
- Excellent command of PowerShell (scripting, modules, APIs, end to end automation).
- Good command of VMware Aria / vRealize Automation (vRA, vRO, blueprints, workflows).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD applied to automation, REST APIs, and
- Experience with Azure, Terraform, GIT and Ansible is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical approach and rigorous documentation practices.
