In this role you will be responsible to assemble and troubleshoot molds for PET applications.
Responsibilities
- Assembly or dis-assemble all PET molds and Hot Runner generation
- Discipline to execute precise documentation for each tool
- Ability to detect and solve mechanical, Pneumatic and Electrical issues
- Execute tests on all types of Hot Runner
- Work closely together with project engineering, design engineering and quality engineering to actively move forward on problem solving
- Work closely with test-room to understand plastic part quality issues and be able to understand impact of each part of the mold on final injected plastic part
- Technical education as mold maker or equivalent experience (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical knowledge is a must)
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- We are seeking individuals with self-initiative, high personal integrity, strong reliability and who enjoy teamwork in a challenging environment.
- As we work in an international environment it is an advantage that you have English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
