Our client is a well-established international bank based in Luxembourg. To strengthen its investment team, they are looking for a motivated Junior Middle Office Officer / Junior Investment Advisory Analyst with up to 2-3 years of experience in luxembourg, who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities
- Support the preparation and update of investment proposals for clients
- Analyse financial markets, investment products and market trends
- Maintain investment documentation (KIDs, factsheets and product documentation)
- Assist Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers with research and analysis
- Prepare presentations and materials for investment committees
- Update financial databases and produce reports using Excel
- Participate in internal projects aimed at improving and automating processes
- Ensure investment documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in banking, asset management, investment advisory, AIFM or another financial services environment
- Strong interest in financial markets and investment products
- Curious, analytical and willing to learn
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is an asset
