B2B Freelance Contract

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected consultant will notably be responsible for:
- Owning and maintaining the integrated transformation plan.
- Managing Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID).
- Coordinating Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security and Operations teams.
- Managing suppliers and ensuring delivery alignment across all workstreams.
- Preparing, facilitating, and leading governance committees and steering forums.
- Producing executive-level reporting and program status updates.
- Managing escalations and supporting critical decision-making processes.
- Driving testing, migration, cutover, handover, and hyper care activities.
- Ensuring service continuity throughout the transformation program.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Candidates should demonstrate:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management and large-scale Transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading complex infrastructure transformation programs and strategic technology initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership and business decision-makers.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating multiple suppliers within complex environments.
- Strong governance, planning, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
- The ability to operate effectively in business-critical environments and drive execution across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong knowledge and experience in several of the following domains are expected:
- Datacenter Infrastructure.
- VMware and Virtualization technologies.
- Network and Security.
- Storage and Backup platforms.
- Microsoft Azure.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
- Critical Infrastructure Migrations.
- Technical Risk Management.
