Senior Corporate Officer - Fluent in German


Our client, a family office with a focus on real estate investments in Germany, is looking for a fluent German speaking Senior Corporate Officer for their office in Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for managing a wide range of corporate administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the efficient operation of the companies. This role involves paralegal duties, board resolution preparation, company administration, document management, AML/KYC checks, and liaison with notaries and service providers.


Your Responsibilities


Corporate Administration & Governance

  • Company Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of assigned companies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Board Resolutions: Draft, review, and finalize board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents in German and English.
  • Corporate Structuring: Assist in the setup, restructuring, and dissolution of legal entities, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely.


Legal & Compliance Support

  • Paralegal Duties: Support legal teams in contract review, due diligence, and corporate filings.
  • AML/KYC Compliance: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for banks, service providers, and business partners.
  • Regulatory Filings: Ensure timely submission of statutory filings, annual reports, and other regulatory requirements.


Document & Deadline Management

  • DocuSign & E-Signatures: Manage the preparation, distribution, and tracking of documents via DocuSign or similar platforms.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Notary & Legal Liaison: Coordinate with notaries, law firms, and regulatory bodies for authentications, apostilles, and legalizations.



Your Profile

  • University degree in Law, Economics or equivalent.
  • Fluent in German language and English language.
  • From 4 years of experience in corporate governance, corporate administration within within financial services or in a real estate fund gained in Luxembourg.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and discreet when handling confidential information.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and consistent, with a high level of personal commitment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to work independently in a small team setting.
