Our banking client in Luxembourg is looking to a Senior Project Manager to join their team as soon as possible initially until the end of December 2026.
The role is based in Luxembourg and is on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.
Tasks:
- End-to-end delivery accountability across a l squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment
- Manages cross-app dependencies, monitor progress, highlight risks and mitigation strategy and prepare status reports and management reports when needed
- Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree at a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban, WIP management and flow metrics and cross-squads dependencies management
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language
- Proven delivery accountability — ownership of outcomes, not just execution
- Experience with the whole software delivery life-cycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment in large enterprise or banking context
- Hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably hands-on development experience in Java
- Solid expertise with software quality management and test automation

- Good Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good ability to synthesize.
- Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines
