We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect (ServiceNow) to join a long-term project in a multi cultural environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of an innovative Architecture Operations platform, integrating cloud environments, DevSecOps pipelines, and ServiceNow CMDB.
Location
- Brussels (Belgium) or Luxembourg
- Hybrid working model (approximately 50% on-site)
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB architecture
- Define and optimize the ServiceNow data model and CSDM
- Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps pipelines
- Design API-based integrations between enterprise platforms
- Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions
- Produce High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation
- Provide technical guidance and architecture best practices
- Support the automation of cloud discovery and Configuration Item (CI) population
Required experience
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution or Technical Architect
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
- Experience producing architecture documentation and technical designs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- CIS Discovery
- Data Foundations / CMDB certifications
- Previous experience within European Institutions or other international organizations
