ClubTrust is supporting a fast-growing company in the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer (M/F) based in Luxembourg. This is a senior leadership opportunity within an international environment, with broad responsibility for the finance function and direct exposure to executive management.
Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function and support the continued growth and structuring of the organisation. The CFO will be a member of the Executive Committee and an Authorised Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the accounting, controlling, treasury, tax and finance transformation functions.
- Lead, develop and structure the finance team across several entities and locations.
- Ensure accurate monthly and annual closing, consolidation, statutory accounts and financial reporting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, business planning, financial KPIs and performance analysis.
- Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Supervise tax matters, statutory obligations, audit coordination and the financial control framework.
- Strengthen finance systems, processes and governance to support continued international growth.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to the CEO, executive management and business leaders.
- Support the company’s growth across several countries while maintaining strong financial discipline.
- Combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
Profile:
- Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO or Finance Director within a high-growth, international and multi-entity organisation.
- Proven track record of scaling a business and strengthening its finance function through a major growth phase.
- Strong technical foundation in accounting and controlling, combined with broad exposure to treasury, tax, reporting and finance transformation.
- Experience in a fast-growing or technology business is strongly preferred.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Credible partner for senior management, Board members, auditors and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English is required.
