💼 About the Role

For one of our clients in Luxembourg, we are looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join the IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's endpoint management platform using ManageEngine Endpoint Central (Security Edition).

You will play a key role in improving endpoint security, automating software deployments, strengthening patch and vulnerability management processes, and managing Windows and mobile devices across the enterprise.

📌 Your Responsibilities

✅ Endpoint Management

• Administer and maintain ManageEngine Endpoint Central (Security Edition).
• Manage Windows workstations, laptops, and servers.
• Define and maintain endpoint management policies.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure a secure and standardized endpoint environment.

✅ Software Deployment & Automation

• Design and automate enterprise software deployments.
• Package and deploy MSI, EXE, and custom applications.
• Develop automation workflows within Endpoint Central.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts.
• Improve deployment reliability, efficiency, and reporting.

✅ Patch & Vulnerability Management

• Manage Microsoft and third-party patch deployment.
• Optimize patch approval policies and maintenance windows.
• Monitor patch compliance and resolve deployment issues.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
• Produce technical and executive compliance reports.

✅ Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Manage iOS and iPadOS devices.
• Configure enrollment and security policies.
• Deploy mobile applications.
• Implement and maintain Kiosk Mode where required.

✅ Endpoint Security

• Support endpoint hardening initiatives.
• Implement Device Control and Application Control policies.
• Maintain security baselines and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous security improvements.

✅ Certificate & Printer Management

• Manage endpoint certificates and PKI integration.
• Support certificate deployment and renewal.
• Deploy and manage enterprise printers.
• Automate printer assignments and troubleshoot deployment issues.

✅ Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Standardize operational procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Stay up to date with new ManageEngine features and industry best practices.

👤 Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Endpoint Management.
• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Strong Windows administration skills.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Good understanding of Windows architecture.
• Experience managing enterprise software deployments.
• Strong knowledge of patch management and endpoint security.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
