Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Senior Cash & Securities Referential Officer.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


•Maintain client and account referential data in OLYMPIC.

•Create, update and close cash and securities accounts.

•Configure electronic and paper account reporting.

•Manage Local Client Numbers and banking secrecy documentation.

•Analyse fee schedules and configure remuneration conditions on cash accounts.

•Perform interest calculations and adjustments for backdated transactions, mergers, liquidations and transfers.

•Manage Forex and standing instruction setup on securities accounts.

•Validate inbound BICs in coordination with KYC teams.

•Process cash and securities account blocking and unblocking requests.

Coordinate securities account setup and maintenance with the relevant operational hub.

•Centralise and distribute correspondence from regulatory bodies such as the CSSF and BCL.

•Maintain bank signatory records in collaboration with the Legal department.

•Perform periodic controls to ensure data accuracy and system consistency.

•Contribute to process, system and control improvements.


How do we imagine our Senior Cash & Securities Referential Officer?


•Minimum five years of experience in custody, securities services, banking operations or account referential management.

•Strong knowledge of cash and securities account structures.

•Good understanding of custody operations, fund accounting and fund events.

•Experience with fee schedules, remuneration conditions and interest calculations.

•Knowledge of OLYMPIC is strongly preferred.

•Exposure to ISIS, BDT, ECH or MTS is an advantage.

•Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

•Client-focused, detail-oriented and results-driven.

•Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across different departments.
