AI Business Analyst/Change Manager

Location: Luxembourg
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, qualify and prioritize opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can create measurable business value.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather business needs, analyse existing processes and translate challenges into actionable AI initiatives.
- Evaluate AI use cases by assessing their expected impact, implementation feasibility, associated risks, dependencies and return on investment.
- Act as the key interface between business teams and technical experts, ensuring business objectives are effectively translated into functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain business documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, use case definitions and business justifications.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions by contributing to change management activities, user engagement, communication and training initiatives.
- Promote best practices related to AI governance, data quality, security, compliance and responsible AI throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor the progress of AI initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback and identifying optimization opportunities.
Profile:
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Change Management or a comparable role.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and managing stakeholders across multiple business domains.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or innovation projects, ideally involving emerging technologies.
- Previous exposure to AI-related projects or intelligent automation initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals and enterprise AI solutions.
- Familiarity with concepts such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants, Copilots, Prompt Engineering and Responsible AI.
- Ability to analyse business opportunities while understanding technical constraints and implementation considerations.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) is an asset.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI services or equivalent technologies) is appreciated.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build consensus and influence decision-making across business and IT teams.
- Comfortable working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Autonomous, proactive and focused on delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
