We are currently looking for the following profile:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyse business processes, workflows and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit, define, prioritise and trace requirements.
- Research and evaluate COTS solutions available on the market.
- Analyse vendor proposals and perform comparative assessments.
- Support the preparation of requests for offers and requests for information.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support implementation planning, deployment strategies and migration paths.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and solution validation.
- Document findings, recommendations and decisions.
- Monitor implemented solutions and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of the COTS software market, leading vendors, products and market trends.
- Experience evaluating and selecting COTS solutions.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, vendor evaluation and COTS acquisition.
- Experience supporting the deployment and integration of COTS solutions in complex IT environments.
- Knowledge of software architecture, integration concepts, feasibility studies and risk assessment.
- Strong command of use-case modelling, UML and BPM.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, solution architects, vendors and technical specialists.
Language Requirements
- English at C1 level.
- French at B2 level is preferred.
