We are currently looking for the following profile:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Analyse business processes, workflows and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to elicit, define, prioritise and trace requirements.
  • Research and evaluate COTS solutions available on the market.
  • Analyse vendor proposals and perform comparative assessments.
  • Support the preparation of requests for offers and requests for information.
  • Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support implementation planning, deployment strategies and migration paths.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and solution validation.
  • Document findings, recommendations and decisions.
  • Monitor implemented solutions and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the COTS software market, leading vendors, products and market trends.
  • Experience evaluating and selecting COTS solutions.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, vendor evaluation and COTS acquisition.
  • Experience supporting the deployment and integration of COTS solutions in complex IT environments.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, integration concepts, feasibility studies and risk assessment.
  • Strong command of use-case modelling, UML and BPM.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, solution architects, vendors and technical specialists.


Language Requirements

  • English at C1 level.
  • French at B2 level is preferred.
