Job Description – Solution Designer (Telecom BSS/OSS)
Role Summary
Experienced Telecom Solution designer responsible for translating business requirements into BSS solution designs across CRM, BSS, OSS, ZSMART, Digital Channels, and Enterprise Systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and perform impact assessments.
• Convert requirements into scalable solution and high-level designs.
• Design end-to-end telecom customer journeys including Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Activate, and Trouble-to-Resolve.
• Define integrations between CRM, BSS, OSS, ZSMART, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, delivery, and vendor teams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and telecom best practices.
• Perform estimate for design and delibery in collaboration with product team

• Experience with ZSMART or similar Telecom BSS platforms.
Preferred Skills
• TOGAF
• TM Forum Frameworks
• ITIL
Ideal Candidate: A Telecom Solution Architect with strong knowledge of CRM, ZSMART, BSS, customer journeys, integration architecture, and the ability to transform business requirements into component HLD and telecom solutions
