Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Planning & Customer Operations to lead a regional organization.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role in shaping planning excellence, customer experience and operational performance across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional team (international / multi locations)
- Own the regional S&OP process and ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Improve forecasting performance, inventory optimization and service levels
- Build strong partnerships with Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial teams and key retail customers
- Lead Customer Operations, Order Management and e-commerce fulfilment activities
- Drive Supply Chain digitalization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational KPIs, service performance and supply chain costs
- Support budgeting, business planning and strategic decision-making
- Champion a culture of customer centricity, accountability and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business
Required Skills
- Significant leadership experience within E2E Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Operations
- Strong expertise in S&OP, forecasting, inventory management
- Proven experience leading multicultural teams within an international and large environment
- Analytical mindset with excellent ERP knowledge (SAP a plus)
- Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for operational excellence, digital transformation and continuous improvement
- Fluent French & English is required. Any other EU languages would be a plus.
