Security Engineer
Location : Luxembourg
Languages : French & English
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers.
- Configure and manage Firewall, IAM, SIEM and Vulnerability Management solutions.
- Define, implement and optimize security policies and firewall rules.
- Explain technical choices and security rules to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deploy and maintain security solutions in customer environments.
- Manage certificates and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for security devices.
- Perform security assessments, vulnerability analysis and remediation follow-up.
- Support customer acceptance testing and production deployments.
- Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers throughout projects.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in infrastructure security.
- Experience delivering customer-facing projects.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing projects from design through implementation and operational handover.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Enterprise Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco...)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Vulnerability Management
- Infrastructure Security
- Network Security
- Certificate & PKI Management
- Security hardening
- Security operations and implementation
Certifications (one or more preferred)
- Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE
- Fortinet FCP / FCSS (formerly NSE)
- Check Point CCSA / CCSE
- Microsoft SC-200 (Microsoft Sentinel)
- Splunk Certified
- Qualys, Tenable or Rapid7
- CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta or Microsoft Identity
- CISSP, Security , GIAC or equivalent
