We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to reinforce the team at client side in Luxembourg.
You will play a pivotal role in evolving the Group Client Portal (GCP)—the single digital entry point for clients and external stakeholders—and optimizing automated workflows.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and translate complex user needs into structured functional documentation, user stories, and testable requirements.
• Digital Transformation Support: Drive enhancements for the Group Client Portal, focusing on digital workflows, secure document exchange, and online services.
• Process Automation: Partner with technical teams to define requirements and test cases for Robot Process Automation (RPA) solutions (specifically UiPath), including contract clause extraction and document production.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design, coordinate, and execute functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring strict traceability from requirement to delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between business representatives, IT developers, and project stakeholders.
🛠️ What We Are Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of structured Business Analysis experience, preferably within a large financial or institutional environment.
• Automation & Low-Code: Strong knowledge of RPA (UiPath) and automated business processes. Knowledge of low-code platforms like OutSystems is a major asset.
• Financial Domain: Sound understanding of financial instruments such as loans, equity, and guarantees.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in process and data modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, etc.).
• Tools: High command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access) and defect-tracking/ticketing tools.
• Languages: Fluency in English with excellent drafting skills is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
