Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description This full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role at CL23 is a 100% remote position, while supporting an on-site team based in Luxembourg. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving recruitment processes and tools to attract and retain high-quality talent. Qualifications
- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, with experience managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer.
- Proficiency in interviewing and assessment techniques to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and potential fit.
- Experience in hiring activities, including job posting, candidate selection, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of employer branding practices to help promote CL23 as an attractive and inclusive workplace.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, and ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering effectively with on-site teams.
- Understanding of relevant labor and hiring regulations in Luxembourg and the EU, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
