- Define and implement the company's Artificial Intelligence strategy.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI in order to improve internal processes.
- Lead AI projects from the ideation phase through to production deployment.
- Ensure the quality, security, and ethical standards of the developed solutions.
- Continuously monitor technological advancements and emerging trends in the field of AI.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate AI solutions across the company's business activities.
- Work closely with senior management.
Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing AI and/or Data Science projects.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Python, Claude, Cloud AI and ChatGPT.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in French and German is considered a strong asset.
