Strategy, Product & Transformation. ## Responsibilities What will you do ?
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
- Solution Design and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and data models.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
- Knowledge in methodology (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean..) or are used to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile or V approaches. Knowledge in project management methodology (PMI, SCRUM, Prince2, …).
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing team by reviewing test cases, conducting functional testing, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet the business requirements. ## Qualifications Who are you ?
- In-depth knowledge of banking sector (payments, accounting, regulatory) is mandatory.
- Strong SQL proficiency for interacting with databases, executing queries, and performing data manipulation and analysis.
- Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP is a plus.
- Agile certification: PSPO.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Business Analyst.
- Hold a Master's degree or an Engineering diploma in Computer Science (apprenticeship is a plus). What are
