Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the accounting and financial control of a portfolio of alternative investment structures and related SPVs.
- Review NAV calculations, fund performance, expense allocations and financial reporting.
- Coordinate and challenge the work performed by external fund administrators and other service providers.
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Participate in year-end audits and support the determination of appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions.
- Review financing documentation, board documentation and corporate actions to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
- Work closely with Investment, Legal, Tax and Operations teams on day-to-day transactions.
- Contribute to process improvements and financial control initiatives within a dynamic international platform. Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Around 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within alternative investments.
- Previous experience in a Big Four and/or a leading Luxembourg service provider would be highly appreciated.
- Fully ACCA qualified is a strong plus.
- Strong experience with Luxembourg SPV accounting.
- Good understanding of alternative investment structures.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent English is required. What's on offer:
