- Help to drive the adoption of M365
- Design, plan, develop and implement solutions within M365 and SharePoint portfolio of services
- Provide hands-on support of Microsoft Content Management (ECM) and Information Architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to analyse information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions
- Provide expert advice and assistance, architectural considerations, applicable standards, best practices in M365
- Ensure compliance with IT Security Standards Your
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis / IT
- 5+ years working with SharePoint and document-centric solutions
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Information Architecture
- Experience with: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI
- Strong BPMN 2.0 process modelling skills
- Experience defining governance frameworks and operating models
- Experience supporting organizational change and user adoption initiatives
