In short: Paperjam positions itself as an independent, influential, and forward-looking player, shaping a progressive Luxembourg. We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager (m/f/x). Reporting directly to the CEO and supporting the entire Executive Committee, the Strategic Project Manager helps turn Paperjam’s strategic priorities into structured action plans and tangible results. Your responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from scoping through to implementation;
- Translate Management decisions into action plans and ensure effective follow-up;
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward;
- Analyse and structure strategic topics and prepare the information and materials required to support decision-making;
- Monitor priorities, deadlines and roadblocks, and actively contribute to resolving them;
- Facilitate coordination between the CEO, the Executive Committee and Paperjam’s various business functions.

Your profile

- You hold a Master’s degree from a business school or university;
- You have a proven track record in managing strategic or cross-functional projects, ideally within executive management, consulting, or a demanding entrepreneurial environment;
- You combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to execution and can quickly move from strategy to action;
- You stand out for your rigour, autonomy and ability to prioritise, as well as your capacity to manage several topics simultaneously. An excellent communicator, you know how to engage a wide range of stakeholders and drive projects forward without direct reporting authority;
- You demonstrate curiosity, sound judgement and discretion, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to senior management;
- Fluency in French and English is essential. ###
