As part of our growth in Europe, we are seeking an experienced and authoritative Accounts Manager to oversee our financial administration, compliance, and legal representation in Luxembourg. Position Summary The Accounts Manager (Administration & Statutory Compliance) will play a critical role in managing our administrative accounting operations, tax compliance, and statutory filings. This key role holds official signature authority ( *imza yetkisi
* ) and administrative responsibility for our local entity, serving as the main liaison between the company, local tax authorities, notary offices, and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Statutory Compliance & Representation: Serve as the authorized representative for local statutory matters; manage formal communications and filings with Luxembourg tax authorities ( *Administration des Contributions Directes / AED
* ) and notary offices.
- Tax Declarations & Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit accurate tax returns, VAT declarations, and statutory annual accounts in full compliance with local regulations.
- SAP Management: Oversee day-to-day general ledger operations, administrative accounting, and financial reporting utilizing SAP (Mandatory).
- Administrative Leadership: Take full administrative responsibility for the local finance unit, ensuring internal controls, audit readiness, and proper corporate governance.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact person for external auditors, legal counsel, banks, and regulatory bodies. Requirements & Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Must possess a valid work permit/right to work in Luxembourg (Candidates residing in Luxembourg or within an eligible cross-border commuting distance are welcome).
- SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) is mandatory .
- Statutory & Legal Authority: Proven track record in holding signature authority and taking full administrative/legal responsibility for corporate entities in Luxembourg.
- Tax & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of Luxembourg accounting standards (Lux GAAP), corporate tax regulations, VAT compliance, and statutory filing processes.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French or German is a strong asset.
