As part of the continued development of its Luxembourg activities, the company is looking for an experienced
Head of Finance & Accounting
to take ownership of the local finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an

finance leadership with a hands-on approach

Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of the financial accounting function , including monthly, half-year and annual closings in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards .
- Ensure accurate and timely Group reporting .
- Maintain a hands-on involvement in the day-to-day finance activities while overseeing the broader function.
- Lead and continuously improve finance processes , with a particular focus on digitalisation, automation and operational efficiency .
- Manage treasury and liquidity activities , coordinate financing matters and oversee cash-pooling structures in collaboration with Group Treasury.
- Coordinate tax-related matters together with Group Tax and external advisors.
- Lead, support and develop the local Finance team .
Your Profile
- You have a higher education degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field .
- You bring several years of solid experience in Finance & Accounting , ideally gained within an international or multinational environment.
- You have previous experience leading and developing a finance team .
- You possess strong knowledge of IFRS as well as a good understanding of financial reporting and closing processes.
- You are fluent in German and English . What Our Client Offers
