- Lead the implementation of Finance and ERP transformation projects from initiation to go-live.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful integration between ERP systems and connected applications.
- Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular project status reporting.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure delivery meets agreed business requirements. Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with both business and technical teams.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English. Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Services environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and change management. Other Details This position involves leading the implementation of a new ERP solution, covering all project phases, from planning to go-live.
