Your
responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, yield, reliability and cost performance
- Drive problem-solving activities and implement sustainable corrective actions using Lean methodologies
- Support production and maintenance teams in improving operational performance and equipment reliability
- Act as Safety Referent for maintenance teams, ensuring the deployment of safety initiatives, compliance with safety rules and continuous improvement of safety performance
- Act as SAP Key User for performance monitoring, maintenance planning and user support
- Optimize critical spare parts management and ensure material availability through effective stock management and forecasting
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver improvement initiatives
Your profile
- Industrial, Mechanical or Civil Engineer (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand industrial equipment, maintenance practices and reliability challenges
- Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement and project management is an asset
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, structured problem solving and risk management methodologies
- SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Safety-oriented mindset with the ability to promote a strong safety culture
- Autonomous, hands-on and result-oriented
- Fluent in French and English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
