Senior SAP HCM Solution Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Solution Consultant to join a major transformation and support programme within an international organisation in Luxembourg.
In this strategic role, you will contribute to the maintenance, evolution, integration, and modernization of the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape while supporting the organization's HR digital transformation initiatives.
You will work across a broad range of SAP HCM domains, including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Reporting & Analytics, system integrations, and modern SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Main
responsibilities:
\
* Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP HCM solutions ; \
* Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP HCM modules to support evolving business needs ; \
* Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP HCM solutions and functionalities ; \
* Contribute to transformation and modernization initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP SuccessFactors ; \
* Design and support integrations between SAP HCM and other enterprise applications ; \
* Investigate and resolve functional and technical incidents in collaboration with business and IT teams ; \
* Produce functional specifications, solution documentation, and technical designs ; \
* Support testing activities, upgrades, releases, and deployment processes ; \
* Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to HR and IT stakeholders ; \
* Ensure knowledge transfer and provide support to end users and key stakeholders ; \
* Contribute to HR digital transformation and workforce management initiatives
Requirements:
\
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience with SAP, including substantial hands-on expertise in SAP HCM ; \
* Strong functional and technical knowledge across multiple SAP HCM modules ; \
* Proven experience in SAP configuration, support, maintenance, and implementation projects ; \
* Experience integrating SAP HCM with other enterprise systems and applications ; \
* Solid understanding of HR business processes, organizational structures, and HR data management ; \
* Experience working with SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and/or SAP SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset ; \
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ; \
* Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders ; \
