To reinforce our Team of 120 people, we are actively looking for a Customer Service Representative – Dutch speaker. Your Mission Within a multicultural and dynamic team and reporting to the *Head of Customer Service
* , you are the main point of contact of our customers in Belgium & Netherlands. You are accompanying them in their entire journey with us and make sure they receive an excellent service, in line with our DNA. Your main tasks will include:
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims, …)
- Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with them. You make sure they feel in good hands
- Process all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requests
- Coordinate with the customer the follow-up of leads that we transfer to our key customers
- And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs

Your Profile

- You are perfectly business fluent in Dutch & English. Any other European language will be a big plus.
- You have strong experience as Customer Service Representative within fast-moving environment
- You can handle stress
- You can manage several tasks at the same time
- You know how to use MS Office, and you are at ease with IT Tools in general
- You like teamwork
- You are flexible
