We are currently supporting an international financial services organization in its search for a Head of Funds Services to support its continued development in Luxembourg. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining commercial development, strategic relationship management and business growth , within an international environment offering exposure to a wide range of investment structures and financial market participants. Head of Funds Services: Your

missions:

- Drive the development and growth of the Luxembourg business , contributing to its long-term commercial strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key players across the international investment industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, investment professionals and external business partners.
- Support international clients looking to expand their activities into the European market.
- Contribute to the evolution of the organization's services in line with changing market needs.
- Represent the organization at industry events and maintain strong visibility within the financial services community. Head of Funds Services:

Your profile

- At least 10 years of experience within the Luxembourg financial services or investment funds industry.
- Strong background in fund services, asset management, AIFM or related activities .
- Proven experience in business development and senior client relationship management .
- Good understanding of Luxembourg's investment funds environment and European regulatory requirements.
- Established professional network within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate at senior management level.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally. Head of Funds Services: Your offer:
