We’re looking for an
Product Owner (m/f)
to join our client in Luxembourg.
Location:
Luxembourg Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility after the first 1-3 months. Contract: CDI Language requirement: Fluent French & English.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- PSPO I certification is mandatory.
- PSPO II certification is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of railway systems and railway operations is highly desirable, including areas such as topology, planning, interoperability and real-time systems.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and make decisions.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
- German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog in collaboration with business, technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Prioritise backlog items based on business value, user needs and strategic objectives.
- Define product requirements, acceptance criteria and clear User Stories.
- Contribute to the product vision and define the short-, medium
- and long-term roadmap.
- Gather, analyse, clarify and document business and user requirements.
- Break down requirements into prioritised User Stories in collaboration with development teams.
- Adjust priorities based on technical constraints, business needs and development feedback.
- Work closely with Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback and KPIs to continuously maximise product value.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and validate new functionalities.
- Model business processes and contribute to the preparation of test scenarios.
- Support business teams and end users in the adoption of new solutions.
- Support Agile tooling and task planning, particularly within Azure DevOps.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders and provide updates on product status, new features and backlog priorities. Why Join Us?
