The Horizon Campus | Real Estate & Healthcare Investment Project Remote | DACH / Europe About the Project The Horizon Campus is a healthcare and real estate development project in Bad Berleburg, Germany, transforming an existing former clinic property into a modern specialised healthcare campus. As we enter the next phase of the project, we are expanding our investor network and are looking for an experienced Investor Relations & Fundraising Partner with an established network of private and/or institutional investors. ## Tasks You will work directly with the project team to identify, approach and introduce suitable investors and strategic partners. Your responsibilities include:
* Introducing qualified HNWI, Family Offices, entrepreneurs and professional investors
* Developing relationships with potential investment and strategic partners
* Conducting initial investor conversations and qualifying investment interest
* Coordinating introductions and meetings with the project team
* Supporting Investor Relations throughout the decision-making process
* Developing strategic partnerships with financial intermediaries, wealth managers and investor networks
* Supporting the project in expanding its investor base across the DACH region and Europe ## Requirements We are particularly interested in professionals with an existing network within:
* Family Offices
* High-Net-Worth Individuals
* Private Banking / Wealth Management
* Private Equity
* Real Estate Investors
* Healthcare Investors
* Asset Management
* Investment Clubs and investor networks
* Financial intermediaries
* Entrepreneurs and business owners Previous experience in fundraising, investor relations, private markets, corporate finance, real estate or financial services is highly desirable. Most importantly, you should already have access to decision-makers and investors capable of considering investment tickets starting from approximately EUR 50,000+. ## Benefits This is initially a performance-based partnership. Compensation is linked directly to successfully introduced investment capital, creating substantial upside potential for partners with an active investor network. The initial collaboration is structured as a 90-day partnership period. Following the initial period, successful partners may discuss an extended cooperation model, potentially including:
* ongoing mandates,
* monthly retainers,
* performance-based compensation,
