TheHappyRecruiter (THR) is proud to support one of its longstanding clients in the search for an HR Administrator to join their team in Luxembourg. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established Luxembourg company with a strong international presence and a people-oriented culture. The Role: As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function in Luxembourg. You will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labour legislation and internal policies. Reporting to the HR Manager Europe, you will work closely with an experienced HR Administration colleague in a collaborative, dynamic, and international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate internal and external training activities, including annual reporting to INFPC.
- Advise employees on employee benefits, including insurance and pension schemes.
- Liaise with the external payroll provider.
- Support the organisation of staff delegation elections.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in BambooHR and other HR systems.
- Coordinate leave administration and ensure data accuracy.
- Support international mobility processes, including expatriation, secondment agreements, and visa coordination.
- Assist with the administration of the company car fleet.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations and audit requirements.

Your Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an internal HR Administrative department in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour law (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Luxembourg immigration procedures and Luxembourg personal income tax is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Fluent in French, English and Luxembourgish. What Our Client Offers
