You will join Deloitte Luxembourg’s internal legal department, a collaborative team known for its pragmatic and straightforward approach. The team provides legal advice to all service lines, supporting their strong and continuous growth. - Draft, review and negotiate agreements (client contracts, general terms of business and other legal documents) with strong focus on risk mitigation and provide legal support to business and operations.
- Analyse and resolve legal issues, applying sound judgment to deliver practical and compliant solutions.
- Contribute to improve the Legal's team's processes (notably based on AI tools), developing trainings and supporting contracts' management.
- Act as a role model within the legal department by coaching junior lawyers and actively supporting the function’s development, continuous improvement and strong compliance culture. ## Your skills
- Master’s degree in Law with knowledge of contract and commercial law, plus hands-on project management experience, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters proactively and with attention to detail.
- Ideally, prior experience in an in-house legal department or professional services firm, with exposure to compliance, regulatory or risk-related topics and familiarity with the Luxembourg legal framework for professional services.
- Motivated, energetic and client-oriented, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships, work collaboratively in a team and coach more junior colleagues while remaining structured, resilient and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ease with digital collaboration and document management tools.
