KidsCare by Babilou Family is a leading early childhood education provider in Luxembourg, with more than 50 creches and after-school club across the country and more than 400 professionals dedicated to supporting children and families every day.
We welcome children from 2 months to 12 years old in safe, stimulating and nurturing environments, based on our Éducation Durable® educational approach. Inspired by neuroscience, this approach supports children’s holistic development through language, creativity, sensory exploration and discovery of the world around them.
Your responsibilities
- You manage, support and develop your team, fostering a climate of trust, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You lead your team around the educational project, Kidscare values and best educational practices.
- You ensure a caring and individualised welcome for children and their families, building trusting relationships and strong educational partnerships.
- You ensure children’s physical, emotional and psychological safety, while respecting their individual pace, well-being and development.
- You create a stimulating, inclusive and safe environment that encourages independence, curiosity, connection with nature and respect for diversity.
- You lead the implementation of the educational project and ensure high-quality professional practices within your centre.
- You oversee the administrative and operational management of the centre, in compliance with internal procedures, health and safety protocols and applicable regulations.
- You work closely with support teams, your Operations Manager and external partners to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
- You contribute to the development of the centre through family visits, cross-functional projects and the sharing of best practices.
- You embody Kidscare values and ensure a high-quality, inclusive and caring experience for children, families and your team.
Your profile
- You hold a qualification allowing you to work as an educator in Luxembourg (State Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Educator, Specialised Educator, Belgian A1/A2 Educator qualification, Master MEEF, Belgian Childcare qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- You have at least 3 years of experience in early childhood education, ideally in a management or supervisory role.
- You are fluent in French; English and any other language are considered an asset.
- You have a good understanding of young children’s development and the Luxembourg regulatory framework applicable to the sector.
- You are a hands-on people manager, able to motivate, support and develop your team.
- You are organised, autonomous and comfortable with the operational and administrative management of a centre.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- You are recognised for your caring approach, sense of responsibility, adaptability and initiative.

- A permanent contract (CDI), 40 hours per week;
