To support a strategic programme linked to the deployment of a future headquarters, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Manager – Smart Building & Digital Infrastructure on a fixed-term contract. Your Mission You will lead and coordinate a complex programme at the intersection of workplace transformation, building technologies and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will bring together Facilities, construction partners, IT teams, business stakeholders and technology vendors to ensure the successful deployment of a modern, connected and operationally ready workplace. You will be responsible for maintaining a clear delivery roadmap, ensuring effective governance and preparing the organisation for every critical phase—from design validation through to handover and hypercare. As Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Structuring, maintaining and driving the overall programme roadmap and master project plan
- Managing Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) across all workstreams
- Coordinating technical experts, Facilities teams, construction partners, business stakeholders and external suppliers
- Managing delivery alignment, dependencies and accountability in a complex multi-vendor environment
- Preparing, facilitating and leading programme governance forums and steering committees
- Producing clear executive-level reporting, programme dashboards and status updates
- Managing escalations and supporting key decision-making processes
- Driving critical delivery phases, including design validation, testing, migration, cutover, handover and hypercare
- Ensuring overall delivery readiness across all technical, operational and workplace-related workstreams
- Supporting a seamless transition into the new headquarters while maintaining alignment between business needs, technology requirements and building constraints Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in programme governance, master planning, reporting and risk management
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stream transformation programmes
- Experience operating in complex environments involving several suppliers, technical disciplines and business stakeholders
- Good knowledge and practical experience in several of the following domains:
- LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Building connectivity and telecommunications services
- Smart Building and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies
- Access control, CCTV and physical-security systems
- Smart lockers and connected workplace solutions
- Visitor-management platforms
- Digital signage
- Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Meeting-room, collaboration and auditorium technologies
- Workplace applications and systems integrations
- Cybersecurity for connected environments
- Ability to identify cross-workstream dependencies, anticipate delivery risks and coordinate effective mitigation plans

Your Profile
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Project or Program Management
- You have successfully managed large, complex transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technology domains
- You have experience working within multi-vendor environments and coordinating external partners
- You have ideally contributed to office relocation, smart building or new-building construction projects
- You are comfortable working at the interface between Facilities, construction, technology and business teams
- You have strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including with senior management and decision-makers
- You are structured, proactive and confident when managing risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
- You can maintain momentum across parallel workstreams while ensuring high-quality delivery
- You bring a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset and can build trust in complex organisational environments
- You are fluent in English; French would be considered a strong asset
