What You'll Do
- Develop product functional test plans and compliance testing frameworks
- Build and improve hardware test setups and test benches
- Perform manual functional testing on hardware bench
- Contribute to automation of hardware tests
- Define and validate new test software functions
- Track, report, and manage test progress and hardware defects
- Provide technical support for environmental and electromagnetic compatibility validation
- Support manufacturing plants in setting up production changes
- Analyze customer and internal issue tickets, reproduce issues, and coordinate resolution What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive electronics, e-mobility hardware, or a related technical environment
- Basic understanding of embedded hardware systems and analog electronics
- Strong problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into complex technical challenges
- DGUV 200-006 High-Voltage qualification is a plus
- Fluent in English — German and French are a strong advantage
- Clear communicator able to translate technical data into actionable insights
- Cross-functional team player with a cooperative and results-oriented mindset
