The Cloud Consultant is responsible for conducting consultancy missions to guide clients in optimizing their use of M365 and Azure technologies. The advisor will assist clients in defining their strategy for Microsoft cloud services, assessing their needs, and offering expert recommendations. They will provide technical expertise throughout the consultancy process, focusing on identity management, security best practices, and governance. The Cloud Consultant will also support the development of cloud strategies and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the consultancy team's knowledge in M365 and Azure technologies.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust and scalable cloud architectures for M365 and Azure, adhering to best practices and client-specific requirements.
- Provide workshops and training to clients, helping them understand the functionalities and capabilities of M365 and/or Azure services.
- Assist clients in defining their M365 and Azure adoption strategy and objectives.
- Assess client needs, identify gaps in their existing infrastructure, and propose tailored solutions to enhance their cloud adoption.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to provide technical guidance and ensure smooth execution throughout the consultancy process.
- Conduct assessment and advisory services on identity management, security best practices, and governance to ensure clients implement secure and compliant solutions.
- Define migration strategies and technical roadmaps for M365 Services projects.
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot into client environments, enhancing productivity and optimizing workflows with AI-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M365 and Azure services.
- Support the presales team by participating in prospecting meetings and drafting proposals.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Cloud Consulting team's expertise in M365, Azure, and general cloud technologies. Required
Skills:
- Solid technical knowledge of M365 services and/or Azure technologies.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft security solutions, including Microsoft Purview, ensuring robust data protection and compliance across client environments.
- Familiarity with best practices in cloud security, identity management, and compliance for Azure and M365.
- Ability to effectively conduct workshops, offer consultancy, and communicate technical concepts to clients.
- Good writing skills for producing documentation in various formats (documents, slides, emails, etc.).
- Fluency in English and French to ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams. Required Experience and
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in M365 or Azure consulting, cloud architecture, or a similar role.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure and/or M365 (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly appreciated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
