Your Day-to-Day
- Oversee and monitor delegated middle-office activities in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform NAV control oversight and follow up on potential discrepancies or operational issues.
- Conduct fund expense controls and ensure appropriate monitoring of related items.
- Support financial control activities, including the coordination and monitoring of invoices with funds and external service providers.
- Prepare and maintain management information and reporting related to funds and management company activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on projects related to fund events and operational activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing monitoring of delegated activities and third-party service providers.
- Support due diligence and follow-up activities related to delegated functions.
- Assist with the coordination and supervision of operational matters involving external service providers.
- Contribute to the team’s wider middle-office and UCITS accounting activities.
- Identify, analyse and help resolve complex operational matters.
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement and organisation of operational processes.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience within the fund industry or a similar financial services environment.
- Solid knowledge of fund operations, middle-office activities and UCITS accounting.
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial control processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and analytical abilities.
- Autonomous, proactive and dynamic approach to work.
- High level of rigour and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and resolve complex operational issues.
