### Your Day-to-Day:
- Corporate Governance: Oversee the daily corporate life and governance of various Luxembourg entities, including updating statutory registers, tracking authorized signatures, and monitoring the annual accounts approval cycle.
- Entity Management & Incorporation: Handle the setup and structuring of Luxembourg vehicles, drafting necessary documentation (agendas, notices, proxies, attendance sheets, and minutes), while partnering with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance) and external advisors.
- Board & Closing Coordination: Organize, prepare, and support board meetings and closing proceedings in close collaboration with legal counsels, finance managers, and third-party specialists.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Draft and track subscription paperwork for internal structures, manage internal signatures, and coordinate AML/KYC onboarding requirements alongside compliance and operational units.
- Stakeholder Relations & Legal Execution: Serve as a key contact point for external partners—including notaries, banking institutions, external counsels, and service providers—to ensure complete execution, apostille/legalization, and archiving of legal documents.
- Statutory Filings & Record Keeping: Maintain corporate records in audit-ready condition, handle mandatory updates and publications with Luxembourg registries (RCS and RBE/UBO), and ensure systematic archiving of original documents. ###
Your Profile

Experience:
Holds 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in corporate legal, corporate secretarial, or legal operations roles within Luxembourg.
- Language
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and French.
- Technical Proficiency: Fully proficient in standard office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
- Strong service mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently as a self-starter.
